Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy CLIENT must provide a dated, written/emailed request for cancellation prior to 30 days from scheduled event. The $350 deposit or 25% deposit is non-refundable. If written notification is received prior to 30 days of scheduled event, AND CLIENT wishes to reschedule event, ALL monies paid may be credited toward the new event date subject to open availability within 1 year of original event date. If event is cancelled 14-29 days prior to scheduled event, 50% of monies paid minus any expenses for items purchased, personalized, and time spent specifically for your event. If event is cancelled less than 14 days prior to the event, all monies are forfeited.
