CONTRACTS

A Facility Rental Contract must be completed and signed by one of Savvee Visions, LLC or The Luxe Collection LLC’s members and the person(s) who is legally and financially responsible for the event. Savvee Visions, LLC & The Luxe Collection LLC reserves the right to decline to rent or prohibit the use of the facility on a case by case basis.
 

  • Upon booking a non-refundable deposit of $350 is due. *** For all weddings and special events a 25% deposit of the contracted about is due to secure your date and is non-refundable. Additionally, holidays and select dates may be subject to a 25% upcharge. 

  • We will only hold dates with a signed contract and rental deposit. This deposit will be deducted from the total balance of the rental. The remaining balance will be due 30 days before the event date. You risk your event being canceled for nonpayment. 

  • The Luxe Collection venue will be presented in good working order upon the day of the event. We suggest a walk through of the premises both before and after your event to ensure It’s left it the same condition it is found. Please let us know if you would like to walk thru with a team member or photos sent once event is set up. 

  • A representative may be onsite to allow entry into the facility and at the end of the event to do a walk through after use. Unless a full service event is booked we will remain on call for any issues or concerns but not present at the time of your event.

  • Any items (tables, chairs, furniture, drapes,) should not be moved around during or prior the event. If you request a specific layout please advise 14 days before your event! We do not allow any tape, pins or anything adhered to the walls as it may cause damage and you will be charged accordingly. 

  • Events may not last beyond 2:00 a.m. without prior approval from Luxe event staff. This 2:00 a.m. deadline includes cleanup time. The CLIENT will be charged $100.00 per hour if the Event and/or cleanup time exceeds 2:00 a.m. or if it exceeds a delegated deadline previously approved by staff. CLIENT is responsible for making sure guests leave the building at an appropriate time in order for CLIENT to finish clean up before the time deadline. Arrangements must be made by the CLIENT to have all rental equipment picked up and removed from the Facility the same day as the Event before the Event’s time deadline unless there is prior approval. The Luxe Collection is not responsible for any damage or theft of any items left by the CLIENT or any guest attending the CLIENT’s Event.

  • CLEANING: There is a $100 REFUNDABLE Cleaning/Damage deposit per day that will be added to the final invoice; that ensures the premises is left in good working condition. There is a NON-REFUNDABLE Cleaning/Damage deposit of $150 for Weddings and $200 for special events. Event trash being left in or around the building will result in the automatic forfeiture of the deposit. This payment can be made online via PayPal or Zelle, or in person. This fee will be refunded within 7 days as long as the following tasks are completed:

  • The Luxe Collection, LLC will be responsible for mopping, dusting, and window cleaning, as well as putting up tables and chairs. The CLIENT is responsible for the removal of anything brought in by self, guests, or hired vendors, including garbage at the end of the night in the venue and the parking lot area. We ask that any major spills or messes be swept up/mopped at the time they are made. We will provide two rolling garbage cans for easy disposal. The CLIENT is also responsible for disposal of event trash in designated dumpsters outside. 

  • Prep area/bar Usage: May be used for preparation only. Any items used must be cleaned before departure and all food and drinks disposed at the end of the night.

  • DECORATIONS: When providing your own decor we ask that nothing be adhered to the walls, and all candles be in a holder. If you're unsure please reach out to us for clarification. Any damages that occur due to negligence may result in a damage fee being charged to the card on file with a minimum fee of $150.

  • CLIENT and his/her guests are restricted to the rental area. Savvee Visions, LLC & The Luxe Collection, LLC will not be responsible for items left behind, before, during or after an Event. In renting usage of the facility to the CLIENT, Savvee Visions, LLC & The Luxe Collection, LLC does not relinquish the right to control the management and operation of the facility. Therefore, the staff may enter any of the rented premises at any time on any occasion. Savvee Visions, LLC, & The Luxe Collection, LLC reserves the right to take photographs of rental Events for its own records and for use in future.

  • CLIENT must make sure that the number of guests does not over-exceed the stated amount of booking agreement or any state or local mandates in place at time of the event.

  • Cancellation Policy
    CLIENT must provide a dated, written/emailed request for cancellation prior to 30 days from scheduled event. The $350 deposit or 25% deposit is non-refundable.
    If written notification is received prior to 30 days of scheduled event, AND CLIENT wishes to reschedule event, ALL monies paid may be credited toward the new event date subject to open availability within 1 year of original event date. 
    If event is cancelled 14-29 days prior to scheduled event, 50% of monies paid minus any expenses for items purchased, personalized, and time spent specifically for your event. 
    If event is cancelled less than 14 days prior to the event, all monies are forfeited. 

  • Smoking
    Smoking is not allowed in the premises of any of The Luxe Collection Venues, any smoking outside the premises must be discarded in the garbage. Smoking inside the building will automatically forfeit any cleaning/damage deposit.

  • Music
    All Music must be played inside of the building and in ordinance to not cause disturbance to neighbors. Please do not prop doors open as music may be a disturbance to our neighbors.

  • We do not prohibit the serving of alcohol, however Savvee Visions, LLC, & THE LUXE COLLECTION, LLC will abide by the laws of the State of Kentucky concerning the use and serving of alcohol. You cannot sell alcohol without the proper licenses required by the State of Kentucky. You can hire a licensed bartender who is permitted to sell alcohol should you have a paid ticketed event. Savvee Visions, LLC (parent company to Prestige) is not responsible for any incidents, issues that may stem from alcohol being served at your event. No alcoholic beverages may be brought into or taken out of the event by guests or participants. It is illegal to serve or sell alcoholic beverages to an obviously intoxicated person. It is illegal to be intoxicated in public. It is illegal to drive under the influence of alcohol or with a blood alcohol level of .08% or higher. One-day licensed alcohol servers/sellers must be 21 years of age or older. Beverage servers/sellers have the right to refuse service/sale to anyone who appears to be intoxicated or under age 21.

  • Indemnification
    User agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Savvee Visions, LLC, The Luxe Collection LLC and its staff from and against any and all claims, demands, causes of action, or liabilities incurred by Savvee Visions, LLC, The Luxe Collection, LLC or its staff, arising from CLIENT’s acts or omissions under this Agreement or any act or omission of CLIENT’s vendors, employees, contractors, or persons attending the meeting or event with the express or implied permission or invitation of CLIENT, except as may arise from the negligence or willful misconduct. Savvee Visions, LLC & The Luxe Collection, LLC will not be held responsible for any losses, damages, or injuries. This refers to any loss, damage, or injury to persons or possessions that may occur at any function held on this property, from any cause, whatsoever, prior to, during, or subsequent to the period covered by this contract. The CLIENT will be responsible for the control and supervision of the people in attendance during the use of the facility to ensure no harm is done to persons or property. CLIENT agrees to abide by this Agreement and acknowledges having received a copy thereof. CLIENT will be held financially responsible for any damage to the Facility or equipment, which occurs through the CLIENT’s meeting or event at the Facility.
