The Luxe Collection is committed to excellence both as a stunning venue space and with the services we provide. Clients can choose from our Event Hosting options, or customize their own. When you celebrate your special occasion with us, we’ll accommodate all of your needs. Service Description VENUE RENTAL WITH UP TO 17 60' ROUNDS AND 8 RECTANGLES WITH SEATING FOR UP TO 150 Price includes $100 REFUNDABLE CLEANING/DAMAGE deposit. Cancellation Policy CLIENT must provide a dated, written/emailed request for cancellation prior to 30 days from scheduled event. The $500 deposit or 25% deposit is non-refundable. If written notification is received prior to 30 days of scheduled event, AND CLIENT wishes to reschedule event, ALL monies paid may be credited toward the new event date subject to open availability within 1 year of original event date. If event is cancelled 14-29 days prior to scheduled event, 50% of monies paid minus any expenses for items purchased, personalized, and time spent specifically for your event. If event is cancelled less than 14 days prior to the event, all monies are forfeited.
